HOW TO PAIR YOUR HEARING AIDS TO AN APPLE IOS SMARTPHONE

FOR ALL WIDEX MOMENT™ BLUETOOTH HEARING AIDS

The MOMENT™ app is designed to work with WIDEX MOMENT™ Bluetooth® hearing aids.

With the app you can control and personalise your hearing aids sound settings.

 When you have paired your hearing aids to the smartphone you are able to stream sound directly from your compatible iOS devices.

A list of compatible devices can be found at Widex. 

You can download the Widex Moment App from the Apple Store.

PAIR VIA SETTINGS MENU

1. Go to Settings and enable Bluetooth®

2. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices

3. Turn your hearing devices OFF and then ON again.


The iPhone should be able to discover the Bluetooth enabled hearing aids that are close by. When the iPhone finds the hearing aids.
Click on the hearing aids to pair.

4. Hearing aids are connected.


Make sure to slide to OFF – the “Play System Sounds” to hearing aids for the best performance.

5. The iPhone hearing aid menu will show the hearing aids are connected and in the menu it is possible to adjust sound and change program on the hearing aids. 


We recommend the users to download the WIDEX MOMENT App for being able to control much more on the hearing aids.
