Step 1)  Place the hearing aid over your ear   

Step 2)  Hold the receiver cable near the and align the ear piece   

Step 3) Gently insert into your ear canal, twisting slightly for comfort

Step 4) Open and close your mouth to release trapped air


Step 1)  Lift the hearing aid and slide it over the top of your ear

Step 2) If you use a custom shell or mold, remove by gently pulling the small removal cord backward

Step 3) For other ear pieces, gently grip the receiver in your ear canal and gently pull it out
