If there are too many apps running in the background of your device, general app performance can suffer. Let’s start with the simplest of solutions: turn the phone off and on again. Once the phone is powered down, wait 30 seconds, then power the device back on. When the phone is fully powered, launch the Widex App and check for functionality.
To restart the hearing aids:
Ensure that your smartphone and hearing aids are compatible with the app. Some features may not work with older hearing aid models or certain phone operating systems.
The Widex app you can use will depend on the model of hearing aid you have.
